Ard\u0131ndan ise tart\u0131\u015fman\u0131n b\u00fcy\u00fcmesi \u00fczerine Emre G.\u2019nin (28) Akg\u00fcn\u2019e kur\u015fun ya\u011fd\u0131rmas\u0131 saniye saniye kameraya yans\u0131d\u0131. Yere y\u0131\u011f\u0131lan Erg\u00fcder Akg\u00fcn olay yerinde ya\u015fam\u0131n\u0131 yitirirken, 4 ki\u015finin ise araca binerek ka\u00e7malar\u0131 dikkat \u00e7ekti. Polis, d\u00fcn \u2018Kasten \u00d6ld\u00fcrme\u2019 olay\u0131 ilgili olarak yap\u0131lan istihbarat \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 neticesinde ka\u00e7an olay\u0131n \u015f\u00fcphelisi oldu\u011fu ileri s\u00fcr\u00fclen Emre G.\u2019yi Edremit\u2019te sakland\u0131\u011f\u0131 evde yakalad\u0131. \u015e\u00fcpheli ki\u015fi ile olayda kullanm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu de\u011ferlendirilen ruhsats\u0131z tabanca ve 5 adet 7,65 \u00e7ap\u0131nda fi\u015fek de ele ge\u00e7irildi. Emre G. ifadesinin ard\u0131ndan sevk edildi\u011fi adli mercilerce d\u00fcn tutukland\u0131. Bilindi\u011fi \u00fczere Burhaniye Emniyet M\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc cinayet b\u00fcro ekipleri, cinayet sonras\u0131 T.G. (51), R.K (34), A.K. (41) ve R.Y.&#8217;yi (55) g\u00f6zalt\u0131na alm\u0131\u015ft\u0131.
