Kontroll\u00fc patlatma sonucu olu\u015fan karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131 zehirlenmesi sonucu meydana geldi\u011fi bildirilen olayda 6 i\u015f\u00e7i karbonmonoksit gaz\u0131ndan etkilendi. Soma Devlet Hastanesine kald\u0131r\u0131lan i\u015f\u00e7ilerden Tevfik Pazarc\u0131k (30) yap\u0131lan t\u00fcm m\u00fcdahalelere ra\u011fmen kurtar\u0131lamad\u0131.<\/p>\n<p>Yaral\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7iler \u015eakir Bilbey, Alper Aksoy, Fatih Karahisar, Mustafa G\u00fcl, Ali An\u0131l Palamut ilk m\u00fcdahaleleri sonras\u0131nda Akhisar Mustafa Kirazo\u011flu Devlet Hastanesine sevk edildi. Hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybeden Tevfik Pazarc\u0131k&#8217;\u0131n evli ve iki \u00e7ocuk babas\u0131 oldu\u011fu \u00f6\u011frenildi.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u015eirketten a\u00e7\u0131klama<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Olay\u0131n meydana geldi\u011fi maden i\u015fletmesinden yap\u0131lan a\u00e7\u0131klamada ise \u015fu ifadelere yer verildi; &#8220;Soma\u2019da bulunan bir maden i\u015fletmesinde, tavan ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131 k\u0131rmak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma alan\u0131 a\u00e7mak i\u00e7in yap\u0131lan kontroll\u00fc patlatma sonras\u0131 olu\u015fan karbon monoksit gaz\u0131ndan kaynakl\u0131 zehirlenme ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmi\u015ftir. Ger\u00e7ekle\u015fen bu kaza nedeniyle ne yaz\u0131k ki bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131m\u0131z hayat\u0131n\u0131 kaybetmi\u015ftir.
