Belediyenin kasas\u0131na giren 40 milyon TL sonras\u0131nda, Sarayk\u00f6y Belediye Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Ahmet Necati \u00d6zba\u015f\u2019\u0131n Alt\u0131ntepe Mahallesi\u2019nde bulunan 12 adet ta\u015f\u0131nmaz\u0131 daha sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131karmas\u0131 siyasi tart\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131 da beraberinde getirdi.<br \/>\nYap\u0131lan sat\u0131\u015flar sonras\u0131nda a\u00e7\u0131klamada bulunan CHP \u0130l\u00e7e Ba\u015fkan\u0131 Mesut Efe, \u201cSarayk\u00f6y Belediyesi\u2019nin bug\u00fcne kadar satt\u0131\u011f\u0131 arazilerin haddi hesab\u0131 maalesef yok. Sarayk\u00f6y\u2019de yol yap\u0131m \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n maliyetleri Denizli B\u00fcy\u00fck\u015fehir Belediyesi\u2019ne ait, mevcut yap\u0131m\u0131 devam eden ve \u00f6n\u00fcm\u00fczdeki ay a\u00e7\u0131lacak olan kapal\u0131 y\u00fczme havuzu tesisi ise Spor Toto taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmakta. Belediye taraf\u0131ndan en son 05 Temmuz 2023 tarihinde Alt\u0131ntepe Mahallesi\u2019nde 20 adet arsa sat\u0131\u015f\u0131 yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131, bu arsalar\u0131n sat\u0131\u015f\u0131ndan elde edilen gelirlerin hangi ama\u00e7la ve nerede kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6\u011frenmek i\u00e7in 01 Eyl\u00fcl 2023 tarihinde ki Eyl\u00fcl Ay\u0131 Meclis Toplant\u0131s\u0131nda CHP grubu olarak soru \u00f6nergesi verdik. Verdi\u011fimiz soru \u00f6nergesi daha cevaplanmadan, yine Alt\u0131ntepe Mahallesi\u2019nde 12 adet arsa 13 Eyl\u00fcl 2023 tarihinde sat\u0131\u015fa \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131. Sarayk\u00f6y Belediyesi y\u00f6neticilerine buradan sesleniyorum. Acaba kendi mallar\u0131n\u0131z\u0131, bu kadar rahat satabiliyor musunuz? Sarayk\u00f6y\u2019\u00fcn gelece\u011fini, 30 bin Sarayk\u00f6yl\u00fc vatanda\u015f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131n hakk\u0131n\u0131 satmaktan rahats\u0131zl\u0131k duymuyor musunuz?
